Yes. Every order ships in neutral, unbranded packaging — no one can tell what you ordered from the outside. Discretion is standard for us, not a special request.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page lists the available sizes. If you're unsure about fit, call us at +36 30 798 1736, or visit our store in Budapest (Csepreghy utca 2.) and try it on.
Where and how do you ship?
We ship across Central and Eastern Europe via courier and parcel lockers. If you're ever in Budapest, you're welcome to visit our store (Csepreghy utca 2.) in person.
Are the products genuine, and can I return them?
Every product is a genuine, factory ADDICTED or ES Collection piece, from official Denier S.L. (Barcelona) collections. Returns are accepted within 14 days, no questions asked; exchanges are also possible in-store.
